Q. What is the age requirement to attend your training schools?

 

At Associated Training Services you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Our age limit is endless as long as you are able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. For more details regarding enrollment qualifications, please contact us at (800) 383-7364.

 

Q. Why isn't the tuition listed on your web site?

Q. How do I apply for training?

 

To apply for training at Associated Training Services, fill out a free application online or we can mail one out with your free brochure. There is no obligation to apply with Associated Training Services. It's fast and easy to fill out an application and you will receive an answer within 48 hours.

 

Q. Where are your schools located?

 

We have ten locations throughout the US including schools in Wisconsin (1963), Florida (2002), New Hampshire (2004), Ohio (2003), Virginia (2005), Colorado (2006), South Carolina (2006), Southern California (2007), Texas (2008), and Northern California (2008).

 

Q. What kind of wages can a heavy equipment operator make?

 

Wages will vary between companies and locations. Associated Training Services's job placement department reports an average of $12.00 to $17.00 per hour for entry level employment in operating heavy equipment. Potential wages for an experienced heavy equipment operator averages $25.00 to $30.00 an hour. No, you do not need a high school diploma or a GED to attend any of our heavy equipment operator training programs.
